I am making no money on this (and I am trying to pay it forward to some worthy person in need of a place to stay in a warm climate). The furnishings themselves are worth the cost of the mobile home. It has 1 bedroom, a full service kitchen (with Natural Gas Oven, Natural Gas Stove, Double Sink, Pan Rack Cabinet, Extensive Kitchen Cabinets, Microwave, and newer Fridge. All lightbulbs in and outside of this unit are energy saving bulbs (reducing the electrical cost to any new homeowner).

It is fully stocked with Pots, Pans, Dishes, and Glasses. It includes a 32" Sony TV Console (with S-Video and RCA inputs) and a Sanyo Progressive Scan DVD w/ Surround Sound receiver (w/ 6 speakers including Subwoofer) and Yamaha Dual Cassette Tape player-recorder. The home also has a roof antenna (and will work with any DTV converter).

It also features a Desk w/ Leather Chair, Recliner, Love Seat w/ full size hide-a-bed (for additional sleeping should anyone stop by). The bedroom has a full size bed, bookcase and built in cabinets and closets (for clothes). The electrical service was upgraded 2 years ago to brand new circuit breakers and circuit breaker box (so the electrical is fine).

The bathroom includes a full size tub/shower and toilet and sink (with retractable sliding door for privacy). It also includes ceiling fans for the bedroom and living room. There are also 2 sheds that can be locked under the covered awnings, a car port, and a good sized covered deck (with access from the mobile home via a full size lockable glass sliding door w/ sliding screen door) and also a lower patio. Included are 2 tables and sets of chairs for entertaining visitors along with a Gas Grill also. The patio and deck have electrical outlets and also have lighting.

Lot rent is $405.00 (which includes all park amenities) and you must apply with the Park to get approved regarding moving into this Mobile Home. It is a 55+ park (I am 46 and was able to get into the park via the 80/20 rule). The park is an older park but has been kept up (and usually has seasonal visitors from Canada and Northern States.

I live in Huntley, Illinois and can no longer afford maintaining 2 residences (the only reason for my selling this mobile home).
