I am making no money on this (and I am trying to pay it forward to some worthy person in need of a place to stay in a warm climate). The furnishings themselves are worth the cost of the mobile home. It is a 55+ park (I am 46 and was able to get into the park via the 80/20 rule). The park is an older park but has been kept up (and usually has seasonal visitors from Canada and Northern States.
